Natalie Abuchaibe, Co-founder + CEO

Natalie graduated from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Political Science. This was just the starting point for a multifaceted collection of experiences. All her decisions were guided by passion and perseverance, leading her to have an extensive background on education, public relations, communication, marketing, and politics.

Natalie is an advisor for Concordia, 501(c)(3) non-profit and non-partisan dedicated to actively fostering, elevating, and sustaining cross-sector partnerships for social impact, an ambassador of HundrED, organization based in Helsinki, Finland, seeking and sharing inspiring K-12 innovations from around the world, advisor for Dreamers Ventures, minority entrepreneur empowerment tour and accelerator,  and advisor and strategic partner of Culturintel, big data and analytics firm, in disrupting Latino and global education. More recently, she was appointment as Contributor to the Education Blog of the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB).

She has previously worked with talented leaders, educators, multicultural teams and politicians from around the world. She has organized conferences and events for international organizations such as the United Nations (UN), Organization of American States (OAS), Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), World Bank (WB), and United Arab Emirates Ministry of Education.

Maria Antonia Villaquiran, Co-founder + COO

Maria graduated from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business and a Minor in Economics and earned a Certificate in Project Leadership from Cornell University. She is very passionate about financial services and transforming education for the future workforce.

Maria is a Manager in the IT Advisory – Regulatory Compliance Practice of EY's Financial Services Office based in New York City. She applies analytical skills to a range of different situations to interpret complex issues and present simplified, meaningful, and actionable recommendations to improve business performance. She has over 6 years of experience in the financial services industry serving commercial and retail banks, investment banks, broker dealers and GSEs in the areas of regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering. Maria is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist. She has worked with EY clients in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, United Kingdom and United States. 

Maria is a Young Professional Member of Concordia, 501(c)(3) non-profit and non-partisan dedicated to actively fostering, elevating, and sustaining cross-sector partnerships for social impact. Additionally, she is an ambassador of HundrED, organization based in Helsinki, Finland, seeking and sharing inspiring K-12 innovations from around the world.

Mindot is comprised of an executive team across the Americas and advisers composed of more than 20 experts in different areas such as business, politics, education, science, technology, arts, among others, to help drive our mission.
